IMPORTANT NOTE: Residhome residences cannot house students who will be under 18 years of age at the time of their arrival in single studios. Students under 18 can be housed in Residhome Issy twin rooms provided that they are paired with a roommate who is over 18 years-old.

AUP has partnered with Residhome to offer students the comfort of an apartment with the convenience of 24/7 hotel service in two different locations: Opera and Issy les Moulineaux.

Residhome Issy Les Moulineaux is located 2 miles south from the heart of the 15th arrondissement (adjacent to Paris intra-muros), close to the Seine river and to the lusciously green Ile Saint-Germain park. AUP has reserved single apartments (for one students) and twin apartments (for two students) in Residhome Issy Les Moulineaux. Residhome Opera is in the heart of Paris, in a lively neighborhood near Opera Garnier - AUP has reserved single apartments (for one student) in this exciting location in the 9th arrondissement.

Students will be able to select a specific Residhome location and room type when indicating their housing preferences.

THE AUP INSIDER TIP:

Like Citadines, Residhome offers the best of both worlds: students have their own studios or apartments, while also benefiting from the services and assistance of dedicated, attentive hotel staff. However, because these locations are not entirely occupied by AUP students and attract a lot of business travelers, you will be sharing a floor and a building with guests who will expect the same level of courtesy, peace, and quiet they would experience in any other hotel. We work closely with our Residhome partners to ensure that students fully enjoy their living experience while also being mindful of Residhome regulations and not disturbing other guests.

Residhome Issy: Although technically located on the outskirts of Paris, Residhome Issy-les-Moulineaux actually has one of the easier commutes to the AUP campus than some of our other housing options on offer. The residence is located in a pretty, suburban area near the banks of the Seine and the picturesque Ile Saint-Germain. A quiet neighborhood, students can enjoy a break from the hustle and bustle of central Paris when living in Residhome Issy-les-Moulineaux, all the while being only a short RER train ride into the centre of the city. The twin rooms are quite small, however the residence is one that has housed AUP students over the last few semesters, and the on-site staff is familiar with our community and well-prepared to support our students through their transition to Paris.
Residhome Opéra: Located in central Paris, Residhome Opera will give students the opportunity to experience one of the livelier areas of Paris. Near the Opera Garnier, as well as the iconic French department stores such as Galerie Lafayette and Printemps, Residhome Opera has everything at its doorstop, from restaurants and shops, to cinemas and cafes. This residence, however, will only be home to a small number of AUP students, approximately 5 in total. As such, if you are looking for a residence where there will be a large AUP community, this may not be the residence for you. If you wish to live in this vibrant area however, and are happy to be among a smaller group of AUP students in this residence, then Residhome Opera might be a good fit for you.
