AUP Heliopolis is a newly renovated residence in the 17th arrondissement that has been fitted for a co-living experience. The single studios (for one student), each with their own bathroom and kitchenette, have been arranged into pods, with an additional communal living room and kitchen built-in every other floor.

The building houses only AUP students, and with around 38 apartments and plenty of communal lounge and co-working spaces, it is designed to foster community. The residence also houses an AUP Resident Assistant who will assist you with any issues or questions that arise in your everyday life. They will also organize get-togethers designed to foster the kind of long-lasting friendships college campuses are known to create and to further promote community within the residence. With around 38 students, Heliopolis is one of the newest AUP hubs, close to public transportation and a short walk away from the Arc de Triomphe!

 

THE AUP INSIDER TIP: 

The AUP Heliopolis Residence offers a unique experience, with its blend of individual studios, co-living spaces, and lively, green interior design. This is an ideal residence for students who want the best of both world: a cozy, personal space to retreat to as needed, with plenty of shared spaces and communal lounges to connect with others and get to know their peers. Much like our other AUP-only residences, it is the perfect setting for first-year students to begin their college career on exactly the right note. It also allows students to take full ownership of their space, much like they will once they move into a Parisian apartment during the rest of their AUP experience.
