The
photographs exhibited in this show
were derived from a much larger
project I have entitled “The
Production of Capital Space”. The work
is centered on appropriation, perhaps
better stated as a “reading” of the
experience of the city. Drawing an
analogy between that experience and
what is essential to any silver-based
image, as opposed to digital image,
namely, as a fragment of the real. |
